1. Overview
This website is operated by Savena (“we”, “us”, “our”). Full company and contact details are available on our Contact information page. By visiting the website or shopping with us you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory Swedish consumer law.

2. Use of the website

• You must be at least 18 years old or have a guardian’s consent to make purchases.
• You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, spread malicious code or attempt to circumvent the website’s security.
• You may not copy, resell or otherwise use the website’s content without our written permission.

3. Orders and contract
The products on the website do not constitute a binding offer. When you click “Complete order” you submit an offer to purchase. The contract takes effect once you have received our order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information, obvious pricing errors, or if the order appears to be placed for resale. We may also limit the number of products per customer, household or order. If a paid order is cancelled, we will refund the full amount and notify you by email.

4. Prices and product information
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors and to sell out of stock.

We do our best to display the colours and appearance of products accurately, but colours may look different depending on your screen.

5. Payment
You pay at checkout using the payment methods shown there. All payments are encrypted, and we do not have access to your card details.

6. Delivery
Our products are shipped directly from our supplier abroad. Shipping is free of charge. Read more about delivery times in our Shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. Read more in our Return and refund policy.

8. Complaints about faulty goods
You have the right to make a complaint about a defect in a product within 3 years under the Consumer Sales Act. Read more in our Return and refund policy.

9. Use of the product
Our products are intended for cosmetic use and do not replace medical treatment. Do not use the product on irritated, damaged or infected skin, and stop using it if skin irritation occurs.

10. Comments and reviews
If you submit reviews, comments or suggestions to us, we may publish and use them without compensation. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is not unlawful, offensive or infringing on anyone else’s rights. We reserve the right to remove such content.

11. Links and third-party tools
The website may contain links to, or tools from, third parties. We are not responsible for their content or terms.

12. Errors and inaccuracies
The website may occasionally contain errors, for example in product descriptions, prices or delivery times. We reserve the right to correct such errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you, and you then have the right to cancel the purchase with a full refund.

13. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions to the website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. This does not limit your rights under consumer law.

14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions or disruptions at carriers or customs.

15. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.

16. Invalid terms
If any term is held to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

17. Disputes and applicable law
Please contact us first if you are dissatisfied, and we will try to find a solution. You can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se. We follow ARN’s recommendations. Swedish law applies to these terms.

18. Changes
We may update these terms. For your purchase, the terms published when you placed your order apply.
